Is the $540 deposit refundable?
Non-refundable. You can reschedule or apply it to another product within 3 months. Full refund if we can't deliver during walkthrough. See Refund Policy.
Why do I supply the vanity?
Vanity selection is deeply personal — style, finish, storage, sink type. You get the exact look you want at your budget. We provide the specifications you need (dimensions, plumbing rough-in location) at the walk through so your purchase fits perfectly.
What if my vanity arrives damaged or wrong size?
Since you're sourcing the materials, you handle returns or replacements with your supplier. We work with what you provide. If we can't install due to material issues, we'll reschedule once your replacement arrives — rescheduling fees may apply if materials cause delays.
Can you do a single-sink or different size vanity?
This bundle is designed for 60" double-sink installations. Other configurations are available — contact us for a custom quote.
What if there's a plumbing problem behind the wall?
Existing plumbing rough-in stays where it is. If we find issues at walkthrough (corroded pipes, code problems, leaks), we'll either quote a repair scope or, if it's beyond what this bundle covers, refund your deposit.
What happens if I cancel mid-project?
Each stage covers a specific phase. If you cancel, you owe up to the stage earned. The completion stage holds back until you're satisfied.
