Frequently asked
Is the $432 deposit refundable?
Non-refundable. You can reschedule or apply it to another product within 3 months. Full refund if we can't deliver during walkthrough. See Refund Policy.
What if some of my tiles are cracked or loose?
We'll assess at the walkthrough. If a few tiles need replacing, we may be able to add tile replacement as a quoted scope change. If significant tile work is needed, this bundle isn't the right fit and we'll refund your deposit.
What if there's water damage behind the tile?
Regrouting doesn't fix water damage. If we find evidence of damaged drywall or backer board at walkthrough, we'll either quote a repair scope or recommend a different solution before charging anything more.
Can I shower right after?
Grout typically needs 24 hours to cure before water exposure. We'll confirm exact timing based on the grout product used.
What happens if I cancel mid-project?
Each stage covers a specific phase. If you cancel, you owe up to the stage earned. The completion stage holds back until you're satisfied.
