Frequently asked
Is the $1,800 deposit refundable?
Non-refundable. You can reschedule or apply it to another product within 3 months. Full refund if we can't deliver during walkthrough. See Refund Policy.
What if my fireplace has structural issues?
We'll flag concerns at walkthrough and quote any additional work first. If we can't deliver, we refund the deposit.
Do you mount the TV?
Yes — we mount your TV and route cables in-wall. We don't supply the TV.
What happens if I cancel mid-project?
Each stage covers a specific phase. If you cancel, you owe up to the stage earned. The completion stage holds back until you're satisfied.
