Note: This bundle is for installation labor and accessories. You supply the LVP or hardwood flooring. We help you calculate quantity at walkthrough.


How payment works


Stage-based progress billing — you only pay as your project moves forward.

  • Materials & mobilization — $564 (30%) — after walkthrough, before accessories ordered.
  • Install start — $564 (30%) — Day 1 of installation.
  • Completion — $188 (10%) — after final walkthrough confirms quality.

What's included


  • Removal of existing flooring (one room, up to 12'x12')
  • Installation of your owner-supplied LVP or hardwood
  • New baseboard & Quarter round installation
  • Caulking and paint touchup on baseboard
  • All install accessories (underlayment, fasteners, transitions)
  • Labor, disposal of old flooring, and cleanup
  • 1-year workmanship warranty on install


What's not included


  • The flooring material itself (you supply LVP or hardwood)
  • Subfloor repair beyond minor leveling
  • Rooms larger than 12'x12' (we'll quote at walkthrough)
  • Multiple rooms (each room is its own bundle)
  • Stair installation or transitions to other flooring types
  • Moving large furniture (we'll discuss at walkthrough)


If your space needs any of the above, we'll flag it during the walkthrough and quote before any additional charges.


How it works after you reserve


  1. Pay the reservation deposit; install slot held
  2. Concierge schedules walkthrough within one business day
  3. We measure your room, calculate flooring quantity needed (with waste factor), and confirm scope — you sign your installation contract
  4. You order your flooring based on our quantity calculation
  5. We order accessories, install date locked
  6. 1.5-day install
  7. Final walkthrough; 1-year warranty starts


Frequently asked


Is the $564 deposit refundable?

Non-refundable. You can reschedule or apply it to another product within 3 months. Full refund if we can't deliver during walkthrough. See Refund Policy.

Why don't you supply the flooring?

LVP and hardwood selections are deeply personal, and pricing varies widely. You get the exact product you want at your budget. We help you calculate quantity (including waste factor) at the walkthrough so you order correctly.

What if my flooring arrives damaged or short?

Since you're sourcing the material, you handle returns or shortages with your supplier. We work with what you provide. If we can't install due to material issues, we'll reschedule once your replacement arrives — rescheduling fees may apply if materials cause delays.

My room is bigger than 12'x12'. Can you still do it?

Yes — we'll quote the additional square footage at walkthrough. Pricing scales with room size.

What about subfloor problems?

We'll assess subfloor condition at walkthrough. Minor leveling is included. Significant repair (water damage, structural issues) is quoted separately.

What happens if I cancel mid-project?

Each stage covers a specific phase. If you cancel, you owe up to the stage earned. The completion stage holds back until you're satisfied.
