If your space needs any of the above, we'll flag it during the walkthrough and quote before any additional charges.

Frequently asked
Is the $1,350 deposit refundable?
Non-refundable. You can reschedule or apply it to another product within 3 months. Full refund if we can't deliver during walkthrough. See Refund Policy
Do I have to come to the showroom?
We strongly recommend it for tile selection — seeing tiles in person is dramatically different from photos. We also bring samples to the walkthrough if a showroom visit isn't feasible.
What if my backsplash is bigger than 20 linear feet?
Common in larger kitchens. We'll measure at walkthrough and quote any additional length.
Can I supply my own rangehood?
This bundle includes our curated rangehood selection. If you want a specific brand or model, contact us — we can usually accommodate at quote.
What if my existing ducting is undersized or in the wrong location?
We'll inspect at walkthrough. If ducting changes are needed, we'll quote them separately. If the work falls outside what we can do within the bundle, we'll refund your deposit.
What happens if I cancel mid-project?
Each stage covers a specific phase. Custom-cut tile is non-returnable once ordered. If you cancel after Stage 2, materials are owed. The completion stage holds back until you're satisfied.
