Reserve your install slot today with a $1,350 reservation deposit (30%). The remaining balance is paid in stages as your project progresses. The total price doesn't change unless you change the scope.


How payment works


Stage-based progress billing — you only pay as your project moves forward.



  • Reservation deposit — $1,350 (30%) — at checkout. Holds your install slot and covers our pre-install work.


  • Materials & mobilization — $1,350 (30%) — charged after your in-home walkthrough, before materials are ordered.

  • Install start — $1,350 (30%) — charged on Day 1 of installation.


  • Completion — $450 (10%) — charged after your final walkthrough confirms quality.

Card on file: Your payment card is securely saved via Stripe (we don't store card data on our servers). We email you at least 24 hours before each stage charge. You can opt out of automatic charging anytime — email office@urbaneupgrade.com and we'll switch to manual invoices.

Frequently asked


Is the $1,350 reservation deposit refundable?

The reservation deposit is non-refundable. You can reschedule your install or apply it to any other product in our store within 3 months. We refund in full if we determine during the walkthrough that we can't deliver the project as advertised. See our [Refund Policy].

What if the walkthrough reveals a problem?

We'll adjust scope and quote the new price (you can accept or get a full refund of the deposit), or refund your deposit if it's something we can't deliver on. The walkthrough is a real checkpoint, not a formality.

What happens if I cancel mid-project?

Each stage payment covers a specific phase. If you cancel, you owe payment up to the stage earned (e.g., materials ordered are owed). The completion stage holds back until you're satisfied — that's your leverage.

Can I change finishes after I pay the deposit?

Yes, until materials are ordered. Some upgrades may change the total — we'll quote those in writing first.
