Frequently asked
Is the $900 deposit refundable?
Non-refundable. You can reschedule or apply it to another product within 3 months. Full refund if we can't deliver during walkthrough. See Refund Policy
My kitchen has more than 3 windows. Can you do them all?
Yes — we'll quote additional windows at the walkthrough. Pricing scales per window.
What if my windows are unusual sizes (arched, bay, etc.)?
Custom configurations are available but quoted separately. We'll discuss options at the walkthrough.
How does the motorization work?
Most shades use rechargeable battery packs (no electrician needed) operated by remote. Hardwired or smart-home options are available — we'll review at walkthrough.
Can I see fabric samples before deciding?
Yes — we bring samples to the in-home measurement so you can see them in your actual lighting.
What happens if I cancel mid-project?
Each stage covers a specific phase. Custom shades are ordered after Stage 2 and are non-returnable once cut. If you cancel after Stage 2, the materials are owed. The completion stage holds back until you're satisfied.
