Is the $780 deposit refundable?
Non-refundable. You can reschedule or apply it to another product within 3 months. Full refund if we can't deliver during walkthrough. See Refund Policy.
Can I choose the sink and faucet?
Yes — we'll show you our curated selection at the walkthrough. Upgrades to higher-tier options may affect pricing; we'll quote those in writing first.
What if my countertop has issues?
We'll inspect the countertop at walkthrough. If it has cracks, damage, or unusual cutouts, we'll flag it and quote any repair work separately.
Will my existing plumbing work?
We assess at walkthrough. Standard residential plumbing usually works fine. If we find code violations, leaks, or rough-in problems, we quote repair before any additional charges or refund the deposit if it's outside the bundle's scope.
What happens if I cancel mid-project?
Each stage covers a specific phase. If you cancel, you owe up to the stage earned. The completion stage holds back until you're satisfied.
