You choose your wall treatment (designer wallpaper, board & batten, or shiplap) and your window layer (drapery, layered shades, or woven wood), and we coordinate them to your existing finishes — visualized in your actual room before you commit. The result photographs well, lifts resale documentation, and turns "almost done" into "done."

Q. Can I do just the wall or just the windows?
Yes, but the bundle exists because coordinating both produces a noticeably better result and a per-element discount versus booking them separately. The visualization is included only with the bundle.
Q. What is not included?
Fully transparent: plumbing, electrical scope, etc. Larger scope moves this into a personalized remodel project.
Q. What's the catch on the fixed-price contract?
There's no catch - there are clear change order terms if you change the scope, and we're explicit about material lead-time risks. The guarantee protects you against cost overruns that originate on our side. We've delivered fixed-price on 94% of projects on the last 3 years. the ones that overran were all client-initiated scope changes, which is normal and handled transparently.
Q. How does the room visualization work?
During the in-home consultation, we capture your room and apply your selected wall treatment and window layer digitally — so you see the finished room before any material is ordered.
