Q. Can i bring my own wallpaper or change scope?
Fully transparent: No. Our project margins allow us to bundle these services at scale in a way no individual homeowner could replicate. We've built vendor relationships that make bundling possible. You are welcome to show us the wallpaper or other products you like, we will still need to source them for you.
Q. What is not included?
Fully transparent: plumbing, electrical scope, etc. Larger scope moves this into a personalized remodel project.
Q. What's the catch on the fixed-price contract?
There's no catch - there are clear change order terms if you change the scope, and we're explicit about material lead-time risks. The guarantee protects you against cost overruns that originate on our side. We've delivered fixed-price on 94% of projects on the last 3 years. the ones that overran were all client-initiated scope changes, which is normal and handled transparently.
Q. Why only 3 slots per quarter?
Because the digital suite requires our team's dedicated attention - we won't rush it. We accept 3 full-service projects per quarter to ensure every client gets the full experience. This isn't manufactured scarcity. It's a commitment to quality that we enforce with our own calendar.
