This bundle replaces the entire focal wall in one fixed-price project: your choice of tile, stacked stone, shiplap, or paneling, paired with a custom hardwood or painted mantel sized to your room. Installed by Urbane W2 craftsmen, not subcontractors, in 7–10 days. Documented in your Warranty Vault and ready to photograph the moment we leave.

Q. Can you replace the fireplace insert itself?
Not in this bundle — gas line work and insert replacement is a separate scope. The Fireplace Focal Point covers the surround, hearth, and mantel.
Q. What if I want a TV mounted above the mantel?
We rough-in for TV mount and conceal cabling as part of the standard install. Specify at consultation.
Q. What's the catch on the fixed-price contract?
There's no catch - there are clear change order terms if you change the scope, and we're explicit about material lead-time risks. The guarantee protects you against cost overruns that originate on our side. We've delivered fixed-price on 94% of projects on the last 3 years. the ones that overran were all client-initiated scope changes, which is normal and handled transparently.
Q. How does the room visualization work?
During the in-home consultation, we capture your room and apply your selected wall treatment and window layer digitally — so you see the finished room before any material is ordered.
