    Yes. The number you see is the number you pay for the scope listed. We won't charge you more unless you change the scope — and even then, we tell you upfront before we touch anything.

  • What if I want a different material than what's listed?

    Most bundles allow showroom selections. Your concierge will walk you through options during the in-home confirmation visit.

  • Do your own employees do the work?

    Always. We have 9 full-time W2 craftsmen based in Hamilton County. We never use anonymous subcontractors.

  • How is this different from hiring a regular contractor?
